As per the constitution, a minimum of two weeks notice is hereby given for a special general meeting of all 21CD members. It is to be held at Aylesbury College on Tuesday March 29th 2011 at 7.30pm.
Unlike previous supporters meetings which have always been open to all, this is a CLOSED meeting, meaning only fully paid-up members may attend.
If you wish to come, please join before 29th March. Members unable to attend, may proxy their vote to the Chairman (Ron Syratt) IN WRITING to the secretary.

I'm away and not able to attend on 29 th - is there an Agenda? What am I casting my proxy vote on?
