The FA Cup battled of the AUFC's finally went Aylesbury's way after a much improved second half from the home side.
The Ducks trailed at the break, Emeke Ejiofor's close range effort putting his side ahead in the nineteenth minute.
The visitors were guilty of a number of over the top late challenges in the first half and on the half hour mark one such tackle on Peter Clifford left referee Mr Farries no alternative but the dismiss the perpetrator Leon Doughty.
After the break Aylesbury stepped up a gear and the equaliser finally came on sixty four minutes. A short corner was whipped in by Frank McCormack and Chris Bangura seemed to get the slightest of touches to direct the ball in via the upright.
In the last fifteen minutes United's extra man came to the fore and with eight minutes remaining the second goal arrived. Determined work from Enzo Silvestri found Dwight Marshall wide on the right of the area. His pull back found Dwain Clarke who joyously cracked home his first of the season.
The scoring was complete two minutes from time when Dwight Marshall crashed home a superbly timed volley to fire his side into the Fourth Qualifying Round.
