For the second time this season Aylesbury failed to leave Stompond Lane with all three points in the bag.

Things started well for the Ducks with Stuart Maynard scoring in the very first minute of the game. A long ball eluded the Walton offside trap and Stuart was on hand to score his fourth goal in as many games.

Walton went close to equalising on the half hour when Neil Hams' free kick hit the post. The Swans did eventually equalise a few minutes before half-time when David Cory latched onto a long Chris Whelan clearance to easily beat Adam Wheeler at his near post.

Despite not playing to their full potential the Ducks had the best chance of the second half when Steve Clark's powerful header was tipped over by Walton keeper Gerrard. Chris Whelan also had a chance to score with a header but fortunately for Aylesbury the ball flew safely over Wheeler's bar.

So for the second week running Aylesbury had to settle for a point in their quest for a return to the Premier Division.
