The Ducks were poor for three quarters of the match, but suddenly sprung into life after Faulkner fired home Henney's cut back and could have gone on to snatch an underserved winner.
It was the visitors who had the game's first effort when a half cleared corner dropped to Andy Shed, but his shot was blocked en route to goal and then cleared away.
Bedworth dominated possession from that point on, playing the ball around sweetly in midfield but they seemed to lack a cutting edge in attack ? and with only three goals from their previous seven games it was clear where the Greenbacks were weakest.
Young keeper Jack Sillitoe continued to deputise for Tom Vincent, and he had a good game as his confidence continues to grow. He had to be alert on ten minutes to deny number 8 who was allowed all sorts of space on the left wing to run in and get a shot away.
Another spell of keep ball by the home side ended with a shot at goal, this time from number 10 who placed his effort over the crossbar.
As they struggled to make an impact, Aylesbury's best moment of the half came on the thirty-minute mark. Shed beat two men on the right and drove in a cross which ricocheted off a combination of goalkeeper Kemp and Roni Joe on the line, before being eventually hooked away to safety.
With the first half drawing to a close Sillitoe re-adjusted quickly to make a great save and tip over a mis-hit cross, but from the resulting corner Bedworth took the lead.
The set play was poor and should have been easily dealt with, but instead was only half cleared and the ball eventually found its way to Aston Jephcott who fired home from the edge of the area. 1-0 Bedworth
Half-time: Bedworth 1-0 Aylesbury
The second half began in much the same manner, Bedworth controlling the game as the Ducks were forced to watch on.
An early defensive slip let in number 11 but his shot was saved well by the onrushing Sillitoe who was off his line quickly.
Faulkner was introduced just ten minutes into the second half and he quickly made an impression, picking the ball up 20-yards from goal but driving wide of the target.
Aylesbury's frustrations were etched on their faces, and with the feeling that everything was going against them it was little surprise when a bout of handbags broke out midway through the half ? and two players were booked. In a separate incident Taylor reacted to a challenge on him and also received a booking.
Bedworth had the chance to put the game out of Aylesbury's reach when 11 was played in, but his shot went all the way across Sillitoe's goal and wide.
Faulkner threatened again when he did superbly to hold off two players and shoot for goal, but Kemp was always behind the ball and made an easy catch.
The equaliser arrived four minutes from time, Henney was released down the left and he picked out Faulkner who made no mistake from six-yards. 1-1
From nowhere Aylesbury suddenly looked capable of playing football again, and in the closing stages could have won the game ? undeservedly on overall balance of play.
Graham found Faulkner in the area but he shot straight at Kemp, and as the ball broke Sam Swonnell placed a shot wide from outside the area.
Faulkner showed more brilliance in the last minute when he took the ball past his man to get to the by-line and cut it back to the six yard box where it only needed a touch, but sadly none of his team-mates had made up the ground.
Still the Greenbacks could have sealed three points when yet again number 11 found himself played clean through, but with only Sillitoe to beat he lobbed the ball into the side netting to Aylesbury's relief.
