Three New Faces for Woodford Game

Aylesbury United return to action tomorrow with three new faces in their squad.

After their midweek game with Marlow was rained off, the Ducks take on struggling Woodford United at the Meadow, kick-off at 3pm.

The squad has been boosted with the signings of three new players: James Saulsbury, Mark Boyce and Steve Smith.

Saulsbury lined up against Aylesbury last month for Oxford City where he was club captain. He is an experienced defender and has also played for Thame and Brackley.

Mark Boyce is a right-sided player who joins from Wealdstone, and is another with great experience having been with a variety of clubs including Enfield, Maidenhead and Chesham to name three.

Finally, goalkeeper Steve Smith makes the move from Burnham to cover for the loss of both our goalkeepers. Tom Vincent is suspended, whilst Jack Sillitoe is out injured, so former Oxford City keeper Smith will line up between the sticks.

We welcome all three new additions to the club.
