Aylesbury got their season off to a flying start with a 4-0 FA Cup win over Enfield 1893.

A dominant first half saw United out of sight with a three-goal cushion after just 28 minutes.

Paul Edgeworth curled home a free-kick after just four minutes for an early first, before Stacey Field added the second ten minutes later after being set up by Ian Cooper.

Debutant Cooper scored the third with a sublime lob over the keeper and Aylesbury were home and dry before the interval.

The second half never hit the heights of the first, as Enfield improved and Aylesbury took their foot of the gas - but the Ducks' win was never seriously in doubt.

Substitute and returning Greg Williams crowned the win with an outrageous long shot into the top corner having nicked the ball back from the sleeping goalkeeper to crown an impressive opening day win for Aylesbury.
