Solitary Goal Wins It For The Ducks

Lea Coulter's first goal of the season was sufficient to give the home side all 3 points in a scrappy match.  The goal came after good work on the left involving Jake Bewley and Tyriq Hunte resulted in the ball being passed to Coulter on the edge of the area, who made no mistake with a fierce drive which beat the Hanwell keeper.

In truth the visitors could rightly feel aggrieved to go in behind at half time, having held the balance of play for most of the half.  The second half saw the Ducks holding the upper hand, but as in the first half, a lack of quality in front of goal from both sides led to there being no further score, with Coulter's effort ultimately proving decisive.
