On a day that saw Greg Williams presented with a trophy to celebrate his 500 career appearances for the club, the team turned on the style again to condemn visitors Bedford Town to their 7th defeat in a row.

Ty Deacon opened the scoring in the 23rd minute after being set up by Anthony Ball, followed by two quiickfire second half goals from Lewis Osbourne and Sonny French in the 63rd and 65th minutes to seal the win.

Until the second goal went in, Bedford had looked potent going forward, but ultimately had just a consolation goal from Matthew Harriott in the 88th minute to show for their efforts as the Ducks maintained their pace at the top end of the table.
