An all action match at the Meadow saw the Ducks of Aylesbury win against the Dockers of Tilbury on penalties.  The visitors took the lead in the 3rd minute through Cameron Brodie, who got a touch on a goalbound shot from Lee Noble.  The scores were equal in the 22nd minute after Ty Deacon was fouled in the penalty area; Juwon Akintunde stepping up to calmly convert the penalty.  Akintunde doubled his tally just before half time, connecting with a fine Lee Stobbs cross from the right to give the Ducks the lead.

Forced into a substitution due to another injury, at times the second half was backs to the wall as the visitors searched for an equaliser, but were denied with a number of fine saves by Jack Hopwood in the Aylesbury goal.  However, the equaliser did arrive with 6 minutes remaining, Brian Moses sliding the ball past Hopwood from the edge of the penalty area.  No further scores in the remaining minutes saw the game resolved by penalties, with Hopwood the hero, saving 2 penalties while the Ducks scored all of their first 4 attempts to win 4-2.
