The club are pleased to announce that Jerry Dimond has been appointed as Football Development Director.

Jerry, a UEFA 'B' level 2 coach (working towards level 3), is well known around the club for his instrumental work in forming and developing the Club's Youth Teams.

Jerry will be responsible for the direction and the development of all coaching and Team Managers except for the First Team.

Jerry will also take forward the merger with Aylesbury Town FC and the future of coaching courses for those junior sides.

Meanwhile, Ian Austin has been appointed as Reserve Team Manager. We are pleased that Simon Lacey will continue as Assistant Manager and will be working towards his coaching qualifications, we need a few more to follow Simon's example.

Ian has successfully launched and managed the Club's senior Ladies Team and is a very experienced football coach with a UEFA "B" level 2 certificate.

There are more developments taking place in association with Wright Football Limited which will further enhance our development programmes. As soon as these are finalised more details will be made available - but the programme is firmly back on track and in very good hands.
