Biography
Experienced defensive midfielder who signed in November 2009 to bring some much needed tenacity to the midfield and protection for the back four. Began his career with Cambridge United before moving on to Chelmsford City and Harrow Borough. Then made over 160 appearances in four and a half seasons at Yeading, and them had spells at Hemel Hempstead Town, Burnham and Buckingham Town.
