Versatile midfielder or defender who was the 2006/07 Player's Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year, but found his second two seasons with the club wrecked by serious knee injuries limiting him to just 14 appearances in two years.

The first he sustained just two games into the 2007/08 season, then, having battled back to full fitness and showing good form again, he suffered a repeat in October 2008 which ruled him out for the remainder of 2008/09.

A talented player, he previously spent five years at Luton Town Centre of Excellence from the age of 10, and captained the Berks & Bucks County under-18 side. At senior level he played for Buckingham Athletic, Stony Stratford and spent time with Oxford United prior to signing for the Ducks.
