Biography
Neil re-signed for the club in October after three months with Cirencester Town. Originally joined Mangotsfield in June 2006 from Cirencester Town where he had been club captain. A former England under eighteen international he started his career at Bristol Rovers where he spent two seasons as a professional after coming through their Acedmay ranks. After being released by Bristol Rovers he signed for Cirencester Town in August 2004.
