Biography
Tough tackling and experienced midfielder who made the switch from Newport Pagnell Town in July 2013, along with former Swans teammate Keith Williams. An imposing figure in the centre of the park, he made the transition so Southern League level seamlessly and established himself as a key member of the Ducks team in the first half of the season.
Weighed in with a number of important goals - including the winner against Burnham in the County Cup, after his first at Cinderford Town in the FA Cup - however, his disciplinary record was far from exemplary with nine yellow and two red cards during his Ducks career.
After a lengthy suspension and a period injured, Richard's relocation lead to his departure and he rejoined one of his previous clubs, Lincoln United, the next summer.
