Graeme joined Slough on work experience terms from Crystal Palace's Youth Academy in April 2009, before making the move permanent by signing a one-year contract during the 2009/10 pre-season.

Made a solid debut against Winchester City before continuing to impress in his six appearances in 2008/09, including a man-of-the-match display against Beaconsfield.

Since then, Graeme has continued to impress and has formed a formidable partnership at centre-half with Nathan Bowden-Haase.
