Staff Profile

Manager who had a short spell in charge of the club having been appointed as successor to the sacked Bob Dowie in March 1998.

With the club flying high at the top of the Ryman League and well and truly in the hunt for promotion, unfortunately Harding's reign brought about an awful end of season run in which culminated in an crushing 4-1 home defeat to eventual champions Sutton United.

Had a very short spell in charge of Farnborough Town before joining the Ducks. As a player he featured for Finchley, Ware Town and Cheshunt before going into coaching as assistant at Cheshunt.

Became manager of Potters Bar Town and then linked up with Stevenage Borough as Paul Fairclough's coach and assistant for nearly three years. Then moved to Barnet before his untimely death of a heart attack in 2007 at the age of just 54.
