Staff Profile

Tony is a former Aylesbury defender who was appointed the club's new manager in October 2009, having been with Buckingham Town for the last three years.

As a player a long career took him to the likes of QPR, Aldershot, and Woking before he joined Aylesbury.

He then went on to represent Stevenage Borough where he was a regular of their 1993/94 Premier Division title winning side, before moving to Boreham Wood and later Wealdstone.

He returned to the Ducks twice more, but each spell was relatively short and he subsequently never reached twenty appearances for the club.

His first managerial role came at United's former groundsharing tenants Thame United where he was player-boss, before a spell as Kettering Town's Reserve Team manager and a brief spell in the Aylesbury dugout as Assistant Manager at the back end of the 2005/06 season.

Struggled with limited resources during his time at Buckingham, so he should feel right at home in the Aylesbury dugout with the Ducks in similar circumstances!
