For the second Saturday in a row the Aylesbury faithful were 'treated' to a 0-0 bore draw. The match did however see the debut of Chris Day in the Aylesbury goal who had joined the club on loan from Queens Park Rangers following an injury to first choice Adam Wheeler. It was Harrow who had the first chance of the game on 17 minutes when Greg Williams cleared off the line from ex-Duck Pat Gavin. Chris Bangura and Gareth Risbridger both had efforts at goal in the first half and Greg Williams had a fine free-kick tipped over the bar just before half time. Early in the second half another ex-Duck, John Lawford, twice went close for Harrow as chances remained few and far between. Craig Maskell brought a save from Karamoko in the Harrow goal towards the end of the game however it was not to be and both sides had to settle for a point each. |
