The Ducks booked an FA Trophy 2nd Round trip to Chippenham with a comfortable victory over Buckinghamshire neighbours Burnham.

Aylesbury were boosted by the news that Greg Williams was fit to play following his early departure against Purfleet a week earlier.

The Ducks' victory came courtesy of two first half goals as the game was hampered by persistent heavy rain. The first goal came from Fiston Manuella who scored from close range on 19 minutes after latching onto a Joe Baker cross.

Burnham hit the post direct from a free-kick on 30 minutes before Baker scored Aylesbury's second goal 9 minutes before half time. Burnham keeper Danny Honey got caught out some 10 yards out of his area and Baker made no mistake in lobbing him from 30 yards.

Chris Day was beaten by Burnham's Wordsworth on 81 minutes however the ball failed to reach the goal as it got stuck in the mud and was eventually cleared.
